1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ojo Coaching Academy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Ojo Coaching Academy provides private and semi-private tennis coaching services in San Diego, California. Services include:

  • Private tennis lessons (1-hour sessions)
  • Semi-private lessons for 2 people
  • Lesson packages (5-hour, 20-hour)
  • Gift certificates

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To book a lesson, you must:

  • Complete the booking form on our website
  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Make payment through our secure payment system (Stripe)

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed on our website in USD. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price listed at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellation

If you need to cancel a lesson:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Refunds for lesson packages will be prorated based on lessons used

4.2 Rescheduling

Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4.3 Weather Cancellations

In case of inclement weather, lessons will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

5. Lesson Packages

Lesson packages are valid for a flexible period. Unused lessons from packages are non-refundable after 12 months from purchase date.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

  • Bringing their own tennis racquet
  • Arriving on time for scheduled lessons
  • Notifying the coach of any injuries or health concerns
  • Following court rules and regulations
  • Treating the coach and facilities with respect

7. Liability and Waiver

By participating in tennis lessons, you acknowledge that:

  • Tennis involves physical activity and inherent risks
  • You participate at your own risk
  • You are in good physical condition to participate
  • Ojo Coaching Academy and Coach Tobi Ojo are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Ojo Coaching Academy and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Behave respectfully toward the coach and other participants
  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behavior

Violation of the code of conduct may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
